Our Teams

Since starting its Philippine operations in 1998, Trend Micro now employs over 1,000 security experts, all deployed in round-the-clock operations to provide continuous coverage to our customers worldwide. Below are the three departments that comprise Trend Micro Philippines:

Global Threat Response is the always-on, always-available global service arm of the Trend Micro anti-malware and threat infrastructure. They create solutions based on comprehensive monitoring, analysis, correlation, and in-depth research of new and developing threats. With the use of an advanced predictive analysis and cyber threat intelligence, they avert real-world threats before they reach our customers.

Global Technical Support is a world-class customer service organization that serves as the face and pivotal interaction point between Trend Micro and our customers and partners. Aside from providing customer experience management for all segments of Trend Micro’s support and services for customers around the globe, the team also covers the development and execution of advanced service automation in the areas of business intelligence, knowledge management, virtual customer interaction, and customer threat response.

Global Information Service Services keeps Trend Micro running seamlessly by implementing and maintaining its global internal network and infrastructure. Managing security operations centers and data centers, the team monitors and troubleshoots network-based activities across all Trend Micro offices worldwide, as well as provides global security auditing, monitoring, and proactive threat assessments. They also ensure critical availability of the Trend Micro threat and support systems, and give recommendations on how to deploy new technologies.


Sales and Marketing, Corporate Services, Core Web Team, and other technical teams complete the circle of our talented workforce. These groups help fortify Philippine operations, and ensure that relevant information, solutions, and expertise reach internal and external partners and customers.
