Business Operations Analyst

ROLE OBJECTIVES

I. Manage Operation Inquiries

1. Work as first line operation analyst to interact with business users for their inquiries about platform, trouble shoot if any difficulties encountered when using the platform, address operational data management or data analysis needs. Escalate to Corporate Operational team staff if any more investigation required.

2. Analyze trending of operational inquiries coming from business team. Propose best process or solution to optimize business efficiency.

3. Assist BA team lead to design communicate material/templates to manage user expectation and perception.

4. Work as training team staff to follow templates provided by training team lead or create proper template to deliver training materials.

5. Assist training team lead to or independently facilitate or conduct training sessions.

6. Work as quality assurance team staff to deliver testing scripts, testing reports and execute testing tasks when it is necessary.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT

I. Qualification

  • Fluent English speaking / reading / writing is a must

  • Cloud CRM Platform (e.g. Salesforce) operation experience & system sustain experience is a big plus.

  • Software / application development project management and global project management is preferred.

  • Cloud Marketing platform (e.g. Marketo) operation experience is a plus.

  • Technical background for SaaS solution design and configuration is a plus.

II. Softskills

  • Demonstrate high willingness to solve problems with good problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to handle stressful, rapidly changing situations

  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple user requests and deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Sense of urgency to meet user expectations

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, as well as act independently
