What you'll do

The HR Assistant will be exposed to the different facets of Human Resources such as:

Recruitment

• Provide support in candidate screening using different job platforms
• Schedule interviews and assessments as part of hiring process
• Provide hiring updates during recruitment team meetings

Compensation and Benefits

• Schedule and discuss requirements to newly hired employees
• Monitor and follow up requirements status in Workday

Learning and Development

• Provide support in employee learning and development events such as creating templates for announcements using available design tools

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with Microsoft presentation and collaborative tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Can work individually and collaboratively
• Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City (hybrid)

What will help:

• Experience in recruitment and learning & development during internship
• Knowledge in photo editing and/or video editing
