Roles and Responsibility:
• Provide first line of IT support via phone, email, chat.
• Manages service desk support tickets and requests.
• Assist in onsite meetings, events, and physical troubleshooting/repair of hardware and connectivity.
• Can coordinate process to other service teams as necessary.
• Installing and configuring operating systems and application software.
• Implementing best practices for system security and data backups.
• Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise.
• Communicating effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related courses.
• Can render a minimum of 500 hours of internship training.
• Willing to be on a hybrid set-up, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
• Knowledgeable in network security and troubleshooting.
• Familiar but not limited to the following applications: Desktop Windows OS, Desktop MAC OS, Microsoft applications, Microsoft teams, windows server, Business applications (zoom, adobe).
