Requirements:

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related courses.
• Can render 500+ of internship hours.
• Recommended to learn and work onsite or on a hybrid set-up.
• Knowledgeable in network security, troubleshooting.
• Familiar but not limited to the following applications: Desktop Windows OS, Desktop MAC OS, Microsoft applications, Microsoft teams, windows server, Business applications (zoom, adobe).

What you’ll do:

• Provide first line of IT support via phone, email, chat.
• Manages service desk support tickets and requests.
• Assist in onsite meetings, events, and physical troubleshooting/repair of hardware and connectivity.
• Can coordinate process to other service teams as necessary.
