Enterprise Marketing Manager

The Enterprise Marketing Manager is the key communicator of Trend Micro’s Security Solutions. He knows how to effectively translate the technology to the needs of the customers through lead generation activities and campaigns. He uses his relationship-building skills, innovation, and creativity to spread Trend Micro’s brand to a wider network of industry influencers and movers.

  • Strategic planning and execution of lead generation and marketing activities for PH, including roll-out of campaigns and events, partner marketing, working closely with channel sales managers to ensure adequate marketing coverage for local partners, distributors and resellers
  • Reporting and analysis of regional growth areas and changing market dynamics and climate
  • Effective communication of lead generation objectives to stake holders, i.e. sales lead and managers
  • Insightful and relevant feedback for process improvements and innovations
  • Travel for projects which involve regional execution
  • Leveraging tools, such as call center telesales or inside sales, to achieve the required targets objectives
Desired Experience and Skills
  • Min. 5 years’ work experience in a relevant field, including sales
  • Hands-on marketing experience in running direct customer & channel programs related to Demand Generation
  • Experience on lead flow process in Sales Force Platform
  • Experience using Marketing Tools such as Marketo is an advantage
  • Clear understanding of the customer buying process (Awareness/Interest/Desire/Action) and value business drivers
  • Budget planning and management at country or regional level
  • Understands the role of communications and brand positioning
  • Experience in the Software / Security Industry is an advantage
  • Has experience in planning and executing Small/Medium and Enterprise events in the industry
  • Has exposure to target industries, such as FSI, Telco, Government, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Can work closely with sales and technical people (both local and regional)
  • Can present to end user customers and partners
  • Has worked with several marketing agencies, has extensive network with press/media, and understands competition
