Global Product Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Will handle customers from small and medium businesses
  • Provides frontline technical assistance of Trend Micro products through Phone, Email, and Chat for SMB customers and for SaaS customers on all business segments.
  • Provides 2nd Tier technical assistance to Trend Micro Channel Partners and Resellers.
  • Identifies product issues and proactively reports it for escalation to Product Development Team.
  • Collaborates with Product Development Team for solution testing and feedback.
  • Identify and address the customer success gaps when using Trend Micro solutions.
  • Continuously improve and upgrade technical skills/knowledge through self-led methods and participate in assessment activities.
  • Meet business objectives defined by the balanced scorecards of the team.
  • Contribute to the product knowledgebase, and improve self-help methods available for customers.
  • Proactively share knowledge through technical sharing and solution huddles of the squad.
  • Collaborate with the squad to improve work processes and environment.
  • Provide weekend support when necessary.
  • Uphold and manifest Trend Micro culture and values.
