  • Manage content for assigned products in Business Success Portal (success.trendmicro.com), KM Jira, KM Wiki Cloud, Sharepoint, and Eureka IntKB)
  • Development and maintenance of Internal and External Knowledgebase content to address customer support issues and inquiries. This involves writing, editing, and formatting KB articles based on web content writing best practices and content guidelines.
  • Regularly identify and resolve content gaps from Search and customer and internal user feedback
  • Build new KB pages from ready-made templates and edit/maintain existing content
  • Monitor and update BSP/intkb content based on feedback and web analytics.
  • Conversion and/or re-writing of support materials (e.g. wiki, technical documents, support cases, community posts, etc.) into a knowledgebase content
  • Promote and manage knowledge sharing initiatives for Support Engineers
