Trend Micro believes that great ideas come from fresh and young minds. We commit to provide you with continuous learning and development to unleash your true potential. We created this intensive program to produce high-caliber IT professionals who have a passion for learning and a commitment to pursue quality and excellence.

It starts with an introduction to Information Technology fundamentals, followed by specialized training across different areas of Business Applications and cloud and Data Center Operations. As a successful graduate of the program, you will become a member of any of these two distinct disciplines:

  • Business Applications You will be involved in the end-to-end software development lifecycle (design, development, testing) and support of various Trend Micro applications.
  • Cloud and Data Center Operations Services You will provide data center operations support for critical Trend Micro infrastructure and services, either for internal or external customers.
